“Stroke Decryption” CRHK – Mobile App Facilitates Stroke Patients and their Caregivers (May 15, 2021

Dr. Gary Kui Kai Lau from HKU Stroke was interviewed by “Stroke Decryption” a program on Commercial Radio Hong Kong, to talk about how the technology helps stroke patients and their caregivers. The “WeRISE App”, a “one stop” mobile stroke management platform developed by HKU Stroke and Sau Po Centre of Ageing, HKU, is also introduced during the program. Dietary tips and recipes for different diseases, rehabilitation exercises, and a resource map can also be found in the app and provides important information for stroke patients and their caregivers even in the midst of the pandemic.
