“WeRISE App” has been developed for stroke patients and their caregivers and is now available from Google Play and Apple App Store!

“WeRISE App” aims to lower the risk of recurrence for stroke patient, and to strengthen the family member’s care-taking skills for this population. 

 

The main functions of the “one-stop” mobile platform are as follows:

- Keep record of health parameters for easier review

- Provide care-taking tips, e.g. educational video

- Provide resources map, including information about hospitals and community centers

- WeRISE Q&A Chatbot

- Forum for stroke patients and carers
