We recently developed the TRICH score to promote upfront prescription of triple antihypertensive medication shortly after intracerebral hemorrhage. We are actively conducting further research to support its implementation in clinical practice, aiming to improve blood pressure control in patients and enhance their long-term cardiac and cerebrovascular outcomes.
