HKU Stroke has found a worrying trend: stroke cases are becoming more common among young adults 🆘, with patients aged 18 to 55 increasing by 30% over the past 20 years! High-sodium diets, including instant noodles and cup noodles, are hidden culprits leading to hypertension and stroke. Dr. Gary Lau, director of HKU Stroke, shares real cases of two young patients, reminding us to be cautious of "illness entering through the mouth," pay attention to our daily diet, stay away from stroke "time bombs," and protect ourselves and our families!
