The “Stroke Smart” App is designed to help the general public reduce the risk of stroke, enabling the public, stroke patients and caregivers to effectively manage stroke risk factors, and providing comprehensive stroke-related information and support.

• Users can record various health parameters, such as blood pressure, as well as review them easily in the dashboard.

• Provide a resource map with detailed information on hospitals, residential care homes, and rehabilitation centres

• Enhanced AI chatbot

• Comprehensive stroke prevention tips and caregiving advice, plus educational videos for the public, stroke patients, and caregivers
